Pros
The long arm of the holder is flexible but it does take some effort. Holds like wood plank that has been * by 10 inch screws. Easy to adjust and does not come off when doing so.
The magnet on this thing is strong. Super strong and durable. I still wonder if the magnets could hold the weight of my ipad. Comes with extra magnets and a special pad in case it does not stick.
Great value. The suction is awesome. But that's why they make epoxy. Eating my cake and having it too.

The only time ive had them fail is when its really hot and the sun is beating down on the windshield they sometimes can fall off while the car is parked

Other than that most vehicles have the windshield close enough that if you mount the suction cup on the lower part of the windshield it will reach back to the edge of your dash just fine
