This mount works so much better than the mount that comes with the radio.
With the ones i'd used in the past adhesion was a real problem in the hot summer and cold winter months.
I sometimes forget and pull it out of the clip because i did that with the magnetic one.
I had trouble finding a car holder that would accomodate the popsocket and also didn't rely on it for supporting the phone.

Well, that is icing on the cake.

I have an androidone with a popsocket that doesn't stay on very well.
I bought this product for a looooong drive as i moved across half the country.

I had to figure out how to keep the clamp from hitting the power button and the volume button on my phone at the same time

The cap or nut to screw the actual holder into place was not present so ya cant say much about this except what a disappointmentupdatecontacted the seller and they shipped the missing part

However the little ring screw in back that keeps the mount and stem together broke

There was only one time the suction cup loosened and it was when i was trying to reposition the other end and yanked hard

The gps which has been sitting on my dashboard moves around like on sharp curves because it wont stick to the dashboard material
