My only knock is that it gives a very slight down angle to my phone although this is probably due to where i place the mount i wish it had one more position that gave my phone a perfectly vertical position physically not a portrait mount i use my phone landscape in the car

It works fine but the bottom has a sticky end and is supposed to hold it on your dashboard
