Pros

Product is great! I have 2 teacup chihuahuas and won’t go outside when it’s cold. My senior * needed on in his kennel. I also find this product great for thoes rainy days when my girl hates to go out.

Cons

It feels cheap and wobbles around every time my little doggo steps on it. My pup is still able to rip his pad into many pieces. She refuses to use it multiple times other than one pee while it’s in the pad holder.

The latch part was not included. It is very difficult to snap the sides shut. I still use the tray part but the trim was useless.
