It arrived within 4-5 business days along with a shipping label to return to the non-functioning model.
It only took about 3 exchanges via email and to my surprise the solution was to ship me a brand new unit.
They've definitely come a long long way.
Packaging/appearance
The mirrored black finish on the top along with the leather pull tab to open the service door give it a premium look.
Competitiveness
The vacuum and dirt detect is a ton better compared to my j7+.
I don't have experience with other competitors in this segment, but i would recommend this unit to anyone in the market for one of these.
This product is the best, i tried another brand and had to return it back.

It did an ok job picking up dirt and was ok to use in between deep cleans but was a pain because it got stuck allll the time didn’t have great suction and had to be emptied several times during each run around the house

It had no rhyme or reason to the way it moved around the house no map option was just a very basic machine
