With other belts when i did weighted pull ups the chain would be pushing against the front my thighs and making it difficult to do a proper rep as my core would start getting fatigued by trying to fight the awkward placement of the weight that doesnt allow your legs to be straight or move forward etc

The strap is ok but a little on the flimsy side so i replaced it with a web sling the type used by rock climbers and tree surgeons
