Pros
Wrap reduces pes anserine bursitis/tendonitis pain by compressing the bottom of the hamstring. I have a moderate case of cubital tunnel syndrome.
Excellent way to get through a workday. Amazing item. These are pretty darn sweet!
The velcro (aka, hook and loop) securely holds the wrap in place. The wraps keep my elbows warm while loosened and provide better lifting support than a brace when tightened.
Cons
There is no "hook" or "loop" system to ensure the wrap stays in place while you tighten the wrap to properly support your elbow. Do yourself a favor and buy a brand with a real "hook and loop" system!

When i received the product i had a super hard time pulling the wrap up to my elbow it was to tight i had to cut about 3inches off the wrap so i could pull it in place i read how to measure the part of the arm where the wrap goes i didn’t want to send it back and wait i needed to train so i modified the wrap

Ive used elbow sleeves before but they were annoying and kept rolling down my arm

When i first received the package it only contained one elbow wrap not a pair

Had to 1 star them the first time for only sending one wrap but i tried out the one wrap while my replacements got here and worked just like a wrap should
