Pros
Sturdiness is good. The velcro is strong & secures the belt in place. The belt fits securely andamp; doesn't slide.
The width at 4 is just right for my petite 5'1 body. This one stays true to the sizing chart and allows me to tighten it beyond that by another inch or two. If your very small in the waist the xs is actually accurate.
Cons
I wear a size 4 in jeans ordered a medium and it was way too big.
