    I think it will last longer this wayi honestly think that if you run with this vest on or do ballistic exercises like jumping jacks or burpees the stitches will loosen and it will not last very long

    I like this is not made of sand and but the iron pellets so its evenly distributed it definitely feels quality which is why i bought it from what other reviewers said
