Despite their simple design they fit comfortably enough in the hand. Well made and sturdy. Good quality but become squeaky over time.

That being said, these don't feel fragile in any way at all so don't worry about the quality of product.
If you lift weight already i’d start with the 1 and skip the lower resistances.

Shipping
Had some shipping issues which they worked very hard to fix.
Packaging/appearance
The poor part of this is the packaging the grippers come in.
Can close the trainer for 15 perfect slow closed reps fresh out the pack.
They do squeak, but that's likely fixable with some wd40 - wish they were properly lubricated out of the package though.
Competitiveness
Great for training your grip for those bigger deadlifts!
These are the best on the market.
Bought the trainer and quickly moved up to the 1.
