Pros & Cons
Pros
The blue egg is a step up in terms of heft and squeeze resistance. Squeezing the egg really focuses on and works more of the overall hand, as opposed to the captains which recruit the muscles in your wrist and forearm as well as your hand to close the... Read More
It is far less squishy than a stress ball, and while giving it some good squeezes you will probably crack your knuckles and feel the burn a bit. The relief is unmatched.
This is my second one because my first one vanished a few months ago. Green is less stout, so it'd probably do the same job better. Alternate between green and blue for variety.
Reviewer says it fits good, works good. Outstanding, highly recommended.
All i can saw is wow! Is exactly what is says to be. The point is it was better than i expected.
Cons
What the heck is this? Not as dense nor as durable. Shame on them.
Highlights
Quality
A quality piece of grip strength equipment.
Easy to use, owned one previously, well used over the years
Much softer and better for fuller range of motion so buy both!
I've washed it at least 5 times in the last couple of weeks and it doesn't lose shape or strength.
Price
Expensive but it has lasted a lot longer than the other squeeze tools i've purchased that broke down after less than six months.
The price is a little high though.
If price isnt a problem, go for it.
Competitiveness
Green is less stout, so it'd probably do the same job better.
