Pros & Cons
Pros
These ironmind wrist straps are awesome! The stitching is very well stitched. The stitching on the outside of the strap allows for less pressure on your wrist.
The only weird thing about them is they smell like swisher sweets for whatever reason. They are slick out of the pack but if you chalk them up, they works amazingly without any slipping. Covering them in chalk helps some.
I'm no world class athlete, but i imagine these will more than suffice for regular 405 lbs - 495 lbs deadlifts for quite some time. Its so smooth to touch yet so strong that lifting 400+ pounds deadlift doesn't scare me.
Got these because they are rated high on websites. They are long enough. I'm hopeful that these will last a long time for my hobby.
As to slippage that some spoke about, and i worried about, the material is slicker than cotton straps but thinner (and just as wide as other straps) which i like. Yes, it's the same material as a seat belt but it's rougher or textured without the slic... Read More
Cons
They are great in terms of functionality, but are tearing nearly halfway through the material already. I ordered lifting straps, these are just useless strips of nylon. I find them hard to get tight due to the width. If i use these on an un-knurled ba... Read More
Highlights
Quality
Strong and durable straps they became useful when i learned how to use them.
Perfect length, well constructed, they appear they’ll last a long time.
These straps will only slip on cheap bars with hardly-anything-there knurling.
After getting used to wrapping them in the first lift, i *easily* blew past the last 20 lbs of my body weight, with a feeling t... Read More
Competitiveness
In seriousness, with all things mentioned, i think these straps are a reasonable deal and imo better than most straps at the same price.
These are top of the line, maybe rogue might compete but these are still my favorite that i've seen.
Don't compare these to your walmart brand straps.
I was using another brand of straps for a couple of years.

I have pretty large hands but relatively normal sized wrists i’m not sure if that’s the reason i’ve had trouble with all the other types of wrist straps or not but whatever the case these are the only ones i’ve ever used that don’t make my hands feel like they’re going to break when i get to 500 lbs
