Pros

Irwin's carb blocker is the first that has helped without having to prop it up with laxatives. Great energy, not caffeine or jittery energy. Good for reducing impact of a cheat meal if you are trying to stick to a low carb or keto diet.

Tje product works fine. Not complaint there. Will last me a while.

Cons

The product itself works well, but the whole second bottle is unusable and it’s ineligible for return. Gave me awful headaches. But haven't had any noticable effect even with a 2nd purchase.
