Pros

The ingredients in this are very high quality. I have crohn's disease which is part of the reason i've done so much research on vitamins. Everyone needs a good multi vitamins because food today has no nutritional value. Mega dose vitamins really help.... Read More

Liquid gel capsules are easier to * than tablets. Convenience of swallowing a pill over the sometimes vile smell and taste of the liquid. Each gel capsule is about the size of a fish oil capsule, but since it’s gel it goes down easy.

Cons

Four pills were leaking. They smell fishy or rotten. I guess a capsule is broken.

These are horrible and are not usable. Lately it seems like quality is not foremost on the minds of the manufacturer. They need that flashy bottle and marketing for a reason.
