Pros

Great for weight maintenance and immune support. Works great in addition to eating right and workout program. Great for women during and after menopause.

They are better than my ritalin prescription and i use them often to get focused. Feel energized all day. Not jittery at all. Feel better as well after not consuming all of the sugars and milk from coffee or lattes.

Cons

Also sleepy and groggy. Don't waist your money.
