Pros
These irwin * are great and the price is right. These are solid, simple, well-made * by a reputable company. They clamp a little bit tighter than the walmart *, as well as being about a 1/2in longer.
Cons
Light duty quick-grip bar * are not as nice as the older light duty *. The clamping force on the new ones claim to be 140lb while the older ones are rated at 100lb. This clamp is pretty terrible. It feels so cheap & flimsy 7 the handle is so thin,... Read More
The bars are much less robust and the * puny and fragile compared to earlier models. The thick molded plastic that they're packaged in is confusing and misleading. Not a manufacturer issue, but deceptive marketing.

After using this to open up the game cartridge and do some good cleaning on the contacts with rubbing alcohol was able to load the game 90 of the time wo destroying the cartridge itself

Protect then from rust left it outside overnight a couple times the dew got em and if you clamp too much pressure the sides will pop off
