Pros

It fits perfect, and adds arca swiss compatibility. The collar from ishoot is so much easier to attach and also the lens rotates a lot smoother than the nikon collar. Plus, the ish shoot has the arca french dovetail built in.

Cons

The only advantage of this collar is its included foot. Feels extremely flimsy.
