Unit is easy to operate and isn't terribly loud. This holder is adjustable and makes this process run so quiet. While it's noisy, the unit is well-constructed.

Cons

Size of hollow of beaker holder is too small for the beaker. Acidic taste means the ascorbic acid is not contained inside a liposome. In hindsight i see that this is a machine that works or doesn't (as in, production has no control).
