The taste is bitter but an easy compromise to make considering the cost is a fraction of glutathione iv treatments. Also, consistency is key. Regardless, the quality of the ingredients seem to be more potent than other manufacturers.

It seems like it really did lighten my skin a little. You have to be patient before lightening takes effects. My skin stays radiant and beautiful when using ivory caps.
