Sound quality i would say is not worse or better than the standard apple ear buds using an iphone 6s so other than the convenience of the bluetooth function and therefore not tethered to your phonetablet
No matter what size ear tips i fitted they would not stay in place
But you certainly could not runjog with them in your ears
Worse if the cable was used around your neck instead of hanging down the front
