I recommend taking the wing things off and just experimenting with the different fittings until you find the right size and most comfortable fit for your ears

mine had the biggest covers on them but the right size for me were the medium ones

also they have the tendency to suction into your ears so just grab the unit with your index finger on top and thumb at the bottom and with your thumb push towards your ear and use your index to pull slightly away and theyll sit comfortably

I cannot believe i waited so long to get bluetooth ear buds then i put on there smallest ear pieces and got them situated in y ears
