Pros

Soap pours out of the dispenser easily, instead of clinging to the sides and the bottom of the refill container like regular liquid hand soaps. Works better than the soap supplied with the simplehuman dispenser.

It foams well and cleans hands well without leaving any filmy feel on he hands. Foams really well in the foaming dispenser.

Cons

Scent is faint and barely lemony,i guess, not really lemony but a strange smell. Even the box the refills were in say it is foaming soap but it is not.

I like how quick and easy it is to pour the liquid from the refill pouch into the dispenser bottle (sold separately).

I started buying the refills to use fewer plastic containers, although it's unclear that i can recycle the refill containers.
