It is lovely to have a moisturising soap with the additional hand washing we are seeing in 2020. Works very well to remove the odour of onions and garlic off my hands. I have dry skin and am a frequent hand washer.
Cons
This soap is absurdly expensive for the pump to arrive broken. These reviews and the product q&as are full of people who have received bottles with defective pump mechanisms that either won't open or leaked in transit.

The watkins product itself is fantastic but company shipping is horrific!

Bought this mainly for the pretty packaging design for my farmhouse-decorated bathroom.
The packaging wasn't anything special, it came in the regular amazon box and in a plastic bag so there was no spillage.
