Pros

The design is ergonomic, but it was a little big for me as i have small hands. The tilt is perfect for those with carpal pain. Less stress on wrists and less numbing from using the vertical mouse. Works well to alleviate or remove wrist pain.

The mouse moves like a joystick. Flicks take a little more effort but you'll adjust after a few hours. I am still getting used to controlling the arrow on the screen.

Cons

The l and r * are not the same. The seam goes right in the middle of my palm and it is vary irritating and noticeable.

Competitiveness

I have tested five different ergonomic mice, and this one is the best so far, especially considering the cost.
