However it needs special ethernet cables to make sure it works properly and they should pit this in the description or at the very least the manual

This item was installed in a bar setting with the comcast equipment located in a rack in the back room

There will be more to come on this product but it is receiving 3 stars for now as i had a functioning unit for less than 2 months before the unit stopped working

So i dont believe that this product is just garbage
