Pros

The multi-functional hdmi audio extractor with 8 inputs to 1 hdmi output thing of-ma-bobber thing. Works as advertised. Great product covers everything!

The remote is a very minor drawback to the overall capabilities and picture quality from this. No issues with video or audio. No problems with setup whatsoever.

Cons

The coax port was not a true coax, occassionally you see the newer ones you can just push on, not this case. Tried multiple outlets, multiple inputs and nothing. Should be more plug & play.

The unit feels solid and not cheaply built, but what good is that if it doesn't work? Attempting to work with j-tech support but so far not able to resolve issue. After this last one had the same problems as the two that proceeded it, i need to try so... Read More

The only thing that i don't like about this is the remote, its pretty cheap feeling in quality, but does the job.

For those with questions concerning the picture quality from the nes to a digital system, there are no odd video issues.

Good: the product works flawlessly and displays a very nice pictureneutral: the ypbpr will not display an analog device in color.

So i replaced it with the same model.

Competitiveness

I used this product to connect a xbox360 (hdmi), switch, wii, ps2, and ps4 to my tv because i was running short on inputs.

Works great for the sonos playbar as mentioned by all the other customers.

Some other mfgs have reviews of their products producing distorted images, video artifacts and image trailing.
