    It converts the digital to analog for zone 2 for most any receiver

    Best buy sold me a converter with the tv but it gave a motor boating sound when playing dvds or netflix movies

    It does produce a small amount of audio delay compared to the audio on the hdmi but nothing youd notice if you didnt have that comparison
