I am using it with the palm rest, but i realized that my hand lays on a more natural position by not resting it on the palm rest at all.

Scroll wheel is wearing down and doesnt always scroll when moved

Was having issues with my wrist due to a lot of mouse usage got one of these and it disappeared took a little to get used to i would not want to go back to a standard mouse
