Positives fits snug in the ear clear sound on both ends my side and the party on the other end of the phone very long battery life easy to pair button on the headset to answer hang up calls

Negatives if your driving with windows down the wind will cause something within the headset to vibrate and this can be heard in the ear lack of volume up and down keys although this is available on the next model up although calls through whats app will come through on the headset if i wanted to listen to a voice recorder message sent then that will play of the phone and not the headset like wise you tube videos will again not play through the headset
