Sometimes i have the bluetooth connected but the earpiece is not in my ear all the time so when a call comes in it gets dropped when you go to put it on while your phone is ringing so its supper sensitive

The battery life is not acceptable if this headset is going to be used for teams skype zoom calls for work meetings
