The neckband is comfortable the noise cancellation is adequate i also didnt purchase these for anc and i was able to find a bud that fit my ear from the 3 pairs offered

Would have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for occasional issue syncing the headphones with my iphone and the intrusion of sound can occasionally drown out the music
