Pros
Sound is a little behind some new models, especially in bass, although the bass is fine. The sound quality is fairly decent, a little bit tinny if played too loud.
Right earbud is the main one which then connects to the left. The earbuds themselves stay in place fantastically once positioned correctly in-ear. Firstly, they retain really well in my ears, a slight twisting action and they are in and stay in.
Noise cancellation works as well as the talk through is amazing. The pass through mic is very useful if you want to keep them in and hear outside sounds. The noise cancellation is excellent but that can also be a downside.
Overall they're a brilliant pair of headphones. They are great for me for a number of reasons. It depends if you like that really! Great pair of earphones.
Cons
Main complaint is that after about 3 months, one earphone completely stops working. Plastic mould that goes around the nozzle for your ear bud broke off after two weeks.
Noise cancellation is at default while i don’t see why would you want it if you mainly use it outdoors. The bass is terrible the music sounds flat and the apps bass boost does nothing.
The case is not easy to get into so would be even harder for someone with reduced mobility in their hands. When running they pop out quite easily with the risk of breaking them. Still they fall out.

Sound quality is good but noise cancellation is not that up to the mark and can’t use one
Getting the right size and fit can really affect the sound quality, especially the bass.
Price
Overall i can’t fault them really and having bought when the price was recently reduced i think they are a bargain.
Competitiveness
Frankly, you'd be crazy to buy apple airpods when you can get these, which are at least as good for a third of the price!

Its a shame theres no way of telling now much battery is left on either the earphones or the charging case but that seems to be the same with all these types of earphones

Mine broke three months after purchase bluetooth just stopped working and i have now sent three emails and two tweets to jabra support

They have agreed they should be replaced under warranty but still no replacement

Avoid jabra because their customer service is absolutely useless if you need to do a warranty claim
