Sound quality is very good but at first seemed disappointing then i switched to the larger earbuds and there was a massive improvement

They charging case is great and the batter life of the earbuds themselves is very decent

Excellent sound once downloaded jabra app the multipoint works well and is easy to setup my only criticism would be the case you are unable to stand it up as the usb is in the bottom making it very inconvenient

However i provided this feeeback to jabra via email to their customer service and they came back promptly to assure me they will request their developers to add this feature in a future release but its not sure that it will be added

However mine did not come with medium sized ear buds which was frustrating as that is the size i needed to secure a “seal” fit for noise cancellation
