The anc is great. The sienna color is also great.
They rival the bose headsets, but without the bulk. The one con is that using the earbuds as a wireless headset for phone calls or zoom conferences is not the best, mostly because they do not have a boom-mic. Overall, an amazing earbud.
Noise cancelling works well. Bluetooth connection is quirky at times.

Cons
If the hole gets clogged, the volume on one ear bud will drop to almost non-existent levels. This is the first pair i’ve had that the charging case stop working.
The smallest bud cushion is still too big for me. This company is a scam and they are more expensive than apple products. This is why apple and google are on top and cheap snake oil companies like these are trash.
Its icon on the sound+ app on iphone 13 is greyed out. The button still controls playback but it makes no sound at all. Ok noise canceling.
Jabra website is an exhaustive round of literature troubleshooting and no real humans to chat with for any issues. Just submitting tickets for your issues and getting ignored by support. Why have a 1 year warranty if your company is adverse to handing... Read More

I like good sound quality and never thought i could get a bluetooth bud to sound like a wired bud for sound quality.
I've been so happy with them until a few days ago when the battery in the ear buds as well as case drained in less than an hour.
This product was great till the left year bud stopped working, no sound!

I really enjoyed these while they worked but the problem is after a period of time the right ear just became quiet

When this first happened i had it replaced which fixed the problem but here we are again around two years down the line and it is inaudible even at the loudest volume setting which would blow my ears out of i had done it like this before

The left ear is just fine and i use the right ear more often so it must be some sort of wear that happens with the product but honestly for the price i am thoroughly disappointed that they did not last longer
