Music is still good through both buds, hr non existent. I'd like the option to have the music a little louder. Decent sound quality and noise isolation rather than cancellation.

The hrm connection drops out for no apparent reason. Defective products in a row is simply bad quality control. They are getting returned and purchasing a different brand.

Right earphone just stops producing audio. If you lay on your side the headphone on that side falls out. No information on how to contact the warranty team.

All the app does is demand a fitness test. This is frustrating, as the app often crashes during this. It also only tracks two moving on two legs and cross training.
