Price
I did buy the offered warranty with 3 years of coverage for around $35 as well.
For the price, i would expect the product to have it.
I just feel like the price point is a little spendy.
Shipping
This model did not ship with the bluetooth dongle, which i wish i'd noticed prior to purchase.
Competitiveness
The sound quality is superior to other similar use headsets i have used in the past.
Thus i purchased this headset to add the capability of working with the microsoft teams app.
I have now tried the mono version and engage 75.
In general, i think the engage 65 would be more suited for a call center or a company-provided work-at-home setup.
