Despite the warranty challenges, i still feel the jabra is one of the best headsets out there for softphone use. My office is on the second floor of my house, towards the front and my kitchen is towards the back and i can attest to the fact it reaches... Read More

I wish it connected completely. You have to go to their website to obtain all of that information and then you have to download specific software if you actually want it to work properly.

I’m able to listen to music from my pc and quickly answer calls with the touch of a button (i also picked up the lifter.

They've come a long way but i do see the product becoming more comparable with plantronics, and other brands, unfortunately.
