The call quality remains unchanged. The range seems unchanged from the 9470. Great range, super clear and great battery life. It makes talking on the phone with clients much more enjoyable.

My real complaint is this headset is going to be useless when the battery finally goes as it's not replaceable.

Well worth the $308 price i paid in 2021.

We did need to buy a $40 part so i could hear the phone ring in the headset.

Tried a cheap headset around $40 and was terrible and tossed.

It is $500 which is extremely expensive but worth every penny if you care about the impression you give to people over the phone.

Competitiveness

I previously used similar products from sennheiser and plantronics and found this jabra to be head-and-shoulders above the others.

Again, i tried blueparrott (2 different headsets), poly/plantronics (3 different devices), jabra evolve 65.

The jabra engage 75 blew away the competition on sound quality, noise cancellation, distance, and comfort.
