Pros & Cons
Pros
The headset is very easy to setup. Once configured the settings are retained in the device base station. My only complaint is that i have to manually connect it to my iphone's bluetooth.
The range is phenomenal. I have it set up in my basement. In my building with lots of walls and obstructions, i get about 200 feet range of crystal clear talk before i lose the connection moving further away. Have perfect audio and can walk all over m... Read More
This headset is amazingly comfortable. The headphones are extremely comfortable and adjustable. The overall design is really sleek and *, and is a fashionable accessory on the desk.
Headset works well with ms teams and cisco ip communicator version 8. It integrates well with teams and they provide updates. Using it to bounce between microsoft teams and cell calls.
The cradle connects via bluetooth to your mobile or computer. It is seamless to retrieve a call from the phone when it rings, or from my cell when that rings, it automatically connects. It works with my land line, my iphone x and my ipad.
Cons
There shouldn't be a multi-step process to answer the phone. After six months of using this product it is no longer useful. This is almost worthless! range is terrible, really disappointed in such an expensive device.
The bluetooth connects only to the base of the headset, not the headpiece itself. There is no way to adjust how tight the phones will be on your head, so the headset always drops on the floor when you lean frontwards to pet your dogs. The manual does ... Read More
Highlights
Quality
Good solid headset, took a while to dial it in.
I love the noise cancellation, sound quality, and the extended range (~ 500 feet).
The charging cord broke and i lost the dongle and can’t for the life of me find out how to contact support to order replacement parts.
It has on headset volume buttons, and a button on the microphone boom for muting and unmuting.
Price
It was approx $20 cheaper, the sound quality seems to be improved and it works just fine.
I was initially hesitant about the price but this headset is worth every penny because it transfers devices seamlessly and work... Read More

Shipping
Despite ordering this by part number (9559-583-125 for the us version), i was sent the european version of this (9559-583-111).
Packaging/appearance
I don't know if someone opened the box and swapped out the power cord with a us adapter, but all the markings show european cer... Read More
While i understand and this was a “like new” from amazon, means may not look perfect.
Competitiveness
Unlike other headsets that i've owned (polycom, avaya, cisco, and jabra), these are the best i've owned.
While it works great with linux or windows (no idea for mac), the advanced call integration with teams, skype, or zoom requires... Read More
I finally figured i would try another brand and went with the jabra engage 75.

I suspect if you connected it to an actual usb port on a desk phone the experience would be better
