Pros
Comfortable snug fit. Large on-ear pad seems to block more background noise. Price is right.
The call controls on the puck are great. The mute control and audio cue is nice. The microphone swings up out of the way, but works very well.
After several months of use, this headset continues to work flawlessly. Works fine with my windows 10 pc. I restart and all is well. Getting much more use than usual since lockdown.
Cons

The band is a ridge of hard plastic and even extended as far as possible, it felt pinched and flimsy. The headphones are like a vice.
