Pros

This headset is such higher quality and has way better accuracy than the cheapy headset that comes with dragon. I'm a grad student and the course i'm taking is online.

This headset fits snug and so comfortable. The microphine swivel is a little on the loose side, but it stays in place. It fits comfortably and comes with a carry case.

This is my third jabra headset that i have owned, except this is a different model version. I have a bluetooth headset, but it likes to disconnect at inconvenient times, so i wanted one with a physical connection. Pros:- usb connector or 3.

Cons

Marketing seems to me, deceiving. They need to do a better job on these when they are so darn expensive.

Audio on this headset is very good, but that's where it ends for me personally. The same is true of the boom microphone. Brushing back and forth caused noise.

Audio quality is very good both headphone and microphone.

They’re cozy, audio quality is great, and all my coworkers can hear me so i love it.

The sound quality is fine for phone calls and casual music listening, but if you want high end sound, look elsewhere.
