Once plugged into my laptop is was recognized and setup automatically. I prefer usb c since it is more common, but definitely not a deal breaker.

The fit is perfect, not too loose or tight, and very lightweight. The length of the arms is also adjustable. The headband and ear cups feel a little less substantial.

I have a dect headset that is worn out after years of use. I have been pleased with the headset. Overall it's a great headset and we'd recommend it for home or office use.

For adult ears, the padded ear pieces are laughably small. The microphone literally makes a loud racket in your r ear when you move it up and down. The range is abysmal. It looks like i have purchased my last jabra headset.

This product is defective and should be withdrawn. Consider your options before purchasing. Once is a coincidence… twice is a trend.
