Product works fine and was easy to setup. I plan on using these for work only so i can't say how they'll hold up for everyday use. However, it is perfect for the price point. Overall am very satisfied with this product.
Cons
The earpiece sound quality is very good, but the microphone sound quality was always a problem. The sound starts crackling if you are to are more than 10-15 feet away from computer. The headset is very bulky.
Headset says 100ft range. Couldn't walk more than 3 feet from the bluetooth receiver without losing the mic connection and was unable to speak to customers. All of this happens while i’m a foot away from the usb dongle. Still way too quite with max 10... Read More

Quality
Sound quality is excellent and battery life goes for days!
I have a healthy respect now for jabra quality and design.
Love jabra but disappointed in this product.
Sound quality and sound cancellation is just okay.
Competitiveness
I also have the jabra in-ear bluetooth headset which i use in the field.
What i especially like about these is that they don't have a mute swicth on the cord.
Both sets lasted less than a year.
Although material used is just okay, am happy to use it while on phone than my airpods.

After 2 and half years ine side broke hanging by a line i superglued worked a few more months and finally gave up

The headset does not fit tight so i frequently have to adjust it and i still hear some background noise
