Pros

The audio quality is amazing and beats the sennheiser hands down. Call quality is spectacular both on the headset and the microphone portion.

They connect seamlessly with my dell latitude and my iphone. The moment i get on a teams call it switches to teams via the usb dongle. But also very important to me was battery life and functionality with teams.

Cons

This is the most finnicky, nonsensical piece of hardware i have ever had the displeasure of owning. This product is garbage. Will probably buy another brand to replace it now.

Audio was crackling, it takes a good 5 seconds for audio to even come through after starting a video, and after it finally plays audio it constantly cuts out for 3 seconds. The battery life is terrible.

If it snaps you’re basically out the cost of these. These should be marketed towards school children and sold for $40. It is possible (likely! Other not particularly comfortable.
