Cons
Jabra 65 through igo seller displays no return/waranty information about the product. Seller is not approachable for warranty repairs or information.
The real problem is the obvious cost-cutting when it comes to usability and connectivity. It also drops connections quite a lot making it really unreliable.
The battery life is poorer than the advertisement makes you believe. It’s all very infuriating. Sadly doesn't have 3.
Mic cuts in and out making it difficult to hear over bluetooth. It defeats the point of the bluetooth functionality. There are no settings to change the sensitivity of the mic noise cancelling.

Sound quality is good, again clear and prioritised for voice clarity, exactly what i wanted.
I held back writing a review on these initially as there were a number of reviews that criticised the quality of them.
Quality of the headphones is great rather than premium feeling.

If using the dongle in your laptop the headset connects straight away without any bluetooth setup

This is useful indicator of you cant quite work out of the headphones are or not connected

The headphones dont have noise cancelling which is a real shame so people on the other side of the call can hear your background noise

The headphone dont have boisei purchased these from amazon warehouse for £93 and they were basically new in the original box
