The noise cancelling feature is excellent. Call quality of this headset is top-notch. The headset is louder than my plantronics headset, but it's very bass forward. Headset is a great alternative to any other headphone.

The headset and link 380 adapter are firmware upgradable with the jabra direct software. Bluetooth is simple to setup with the phone and computer both. The headset works great with citrix vdi and other micro-usb devices.

Anc does very well to neutralize ambient noise. Battery life has ranged between 11 and 14 hours.

Audio passthrough and call control works well for both teams and skype. It supports both voice and music streaming via a2dp. Very clear on both teams and zoom calls.

Cons

I couldn't take a star even for the price.

There's absolutely no excuse for a nearly $300 headset to have a usb micro charge port in 2022.

Shipping

They have a professional website, and i got someone on the phone fairly quickly who solved my issue in a timely manner (minutes).

Delivery was delayed but that is on the carrier.

I included a photo of the box to caution you that the usb piece is tiny and wedged in there - be careful to not throw it away!

Prior to this i had been using a comparable plantronics model, and this is a better product.

I have a somewhat loud furnace at home, and the anc of this headset is definitely inferior to that of my plantronics headset.

Imagine my shock when i discovered that it does everything my beloved 'name brand' headset does--only better.
