Quality
I've used it primarily for teams calls and the quality is pretty impressive.
Pros: look great, good quality, sound is great, microphone is great, case is an awesome touch, work well with ms teams.
Cons: the mic has to be on the right side of your face as it doesn't bend 180 degrees so can't rotate.
This product is good for the open plan office environment.
Price
Expensive, but you get what you pay for in the end.

Also occasionally when a team call ends the light on them indicating when youre in a call doesnt always switch off

One thing that does not suit me is that it is over the ear rather than on hear if you are on calls a lot then it can become uncomfortable after a while

Great product but do not buy it from deutsche telecom if you want to get a vat invoice which is valid for any country outside germany
