Pros

Wireless connectivity is very good. I use the usb dongle for my macbook, because it has better range than just bluetooth. Switched between laptops (2) and my mobile just fine.

Comfortable to work with and do not cause any discomfort throughout the day. Works perfectly with zoom and skype. For a person who makes a fair amount of phone and zoom calls, if you can afford it, it's a worthy investment.

The battery lasts 12-14 hours, without question. After using these for 2 years the audio prompt still tells me i have 14 hours battery life.

Anc is good. The quality is excellent from a comfort and design standpoint. I highly recommend this for other disabled writers.

Cons

The microphone breaks after a couple of years. Bluetooth compatibility is horrible. Without the small receiver dongle and using a regular bluetooth connection to my macbook pro, the sound quality is even worse and range even shorter.

It also takes overnight (at least 8 hours) to charge. After charging overnight does not come to 18 hours. I am very disappointed.

The dreaded, your battery is low message in which you have a full 20 seconds to plug power in. The battery blows- in the day of litium- not acceptable.

Every usb connected to the dock will disconnect. I had to buy an adapter to get it to connect via cord. Bluetooth connection only works sometimes. The headset completely ignores the switch no matter how long i hold it in the pairing position.

I wouldn’t hesitate to buy at any price point again.

I’ve seen them range from $237 and up to $270-ish.

Every time i try to get something cheaper, these bring me back.
