Pros
Noise canceling works well for an on the ear headset. Off/on button removes background humming and buzzing. Boom microphone has amazing noise cancellation. Great sound reception for home based webcasts.
With the link 370 usb adapter the sound quality is flawless. Sound quality is great both from the headphones and the mic. Not the most comfortable, but not too bad either.

Cons
Noise cancelling is ok with headphones, non-existent with mic. Cannot hold a charge and is basically a 400 dollar decoration.

The earphones rest lightly on top of the ears so lightly that you barely notice them at first but after a few hours even the light pressure becomes a bit uncomfortable
