I would start by saying this is a great sounding headset probably better than my bose qc20 but not as good as a good quality set of earbuds without all the anc electronics in the way

Be aware that the headset has no traditional “wired” mode so can’t be plugged into an airline seat

The anc works well just not as good as my bose but in fariness the bose do completely cover my ears where as the jabro sit on the ear

Like the way you can listen to music on your phone once paired then if a call comes in it cuts music out and allows you to enter the call
